Charlotte Radtke is an experienced training specialist and sales consultant with over two decades of success in the copier and print services industry. Prior to joining the AgentDealer team, she worked as a Training Specialist at WhiteCup (formerly Compass). She delivers expert CRM training, client retention strategies, and revenue growth consulting both remotely and on-site. Her background includes significant roles at SoCal Office Technologies, where she held titles such as Director of Training and Sales Support, Strategic Account Executive, and MPS Assessment Specialist. Charlotte is highly skilled in TCO analysis, customer service, solution sales, and project management, with a strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Compass Sherpa and AgentDealer. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and training excellence.
Eric Miller is a seasoned IT professional with over 13 years of experience spanning customer success, IT consulting, technical support, and business solutions. Eric has excelled in his previous position as a Quality Control Specialist at AgentDealer. His industry knowledge was invaluable, as was his attention to detail. Before joining AgentDealer, Eric worked as a Business Solutions Consultant for Konica Minolta, where he showcased his expertise in pre-sales, implementation, training, and ROI-driven solutions, consistently exceeding sales goals year over year. With a strong foundation in server administration, systems design, and group policy management from his early years in helpdesk and IT infrastructure roles, Eric combines deep technical knowledge with a consultative, client-first approach.
