In a couple of weeks, Salesforce will be releasing the second of three updates a year with Summer '21. We have been diligently scouring the 597 pages of updates in this release looking for those little gems that we can find to enhance AgentDealer further. In addition to the new features rolled out by Salesforce, we have several performance and user updates we have been working on ourselves that we think you will really like.
We see updates in the following areas:
- Security - MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- "Topics" are making a comeback in Lightning for easy organization of records.
- Search expanding to allow for picklist values in a search. WHAT!!
- Download Dashboard charts as images (great for when you need to use them in a presentation)
- View record "Share" reasons in the action menu - easier to see
